Dr Kahn has cared for my daughter who has TMJ for years, she is exceptional. Her expertise, follow up, care and compassion and top notch.

Independent CClinic profit center/ does not treat according to trad. Clinic insurance rules. Eyes Open. Takes all insurance ( dental and medical) + charges you personallyShow and no go.Worse than before I started if insult is added. Do homework/ know how you are being drawn out/ primed. You will wait ( a fair amount of time)for an appt., and plastic appliance any decent dentist can procure. SHE Offered strong pain meds via a referral and no hope for new health- exact opposite of the medicine I sought. Also, question Botox jaw/ brow/ solutions. Ask for real solutions not botulism bandaids. More to recover from over time /jaw/TMJ/ migraine. Check with Dr. Eduardo Nicholaievsky/ Mt. Sinai/ Miami Beach Aventura.He is a healer of TMJ and Maxiollofacial problems. Healed me. VG.Be well and above all- really heal. ItsPossible:) Khan is not into new medicine except the min. $250iout of pocket (Panoramic X-ray ] NOT covered by most insurance.) You will eagerly agree to this. Ultimately, You will witness old dental methods upon the meet. Not good not bad- only business truth.Medium is the message. Dr. Karen Kahn saw my wife this week. My wife has had a significant history of TMJ. She has had a major reaccoursnce of major symptoms of TMJ. Dr Kahn did a thorough exam. She went over the results of the MRI and explained the findings. She explained all my wife's symptoms were related not only to TMJ but issues with injuries to her neck also contribute to the severe symptoms. Dr Kahn suggested conservative treatment. PT, a fitted mouth guard. My wife was given a paper that described how she can manage her symptoms at home. Dr.Kahn has referred her to An Orgal Surgeon for a consultation. We were very impressed by her knowledge, the time she spent with us. She is very kind. Thank you Dr. Kahn for the exceptional care you gave to my wife. The only issue we had is it took 6 months to get an appointment with her.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about as I've never known a more compassionate, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and wonderful dentist. Dr. Kahn is all those things and more - do NOT hesitate to go to her. I travel from another city to see her, if that provides some insight on her as a person and dentist.
